This outlines the terms, roles, responsibilities and expectations for Volunteer Leaders leading groups of volunteers in our programs.

1. Purpose and Mission:
HomeAwe aims to provide a trustworthy platform for volunteers, offering unique experiences in various programs, projects and NGOs across the globe.
As a Volunteer Leader, you play a crucial role in guiding and supporting fellow volunteers. You will be leading a group of volunteers to another country to do a certain project together. How fun is that?? you get to travel for free and also get some extra pocket money for each signup.

2. Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Volunteer Leader with HomeAwe, you are expected to:
✔ Lead a group of volunteers to designated volunteer programs, hosts and projects selected by HomeAwe.
✔ Utilize your experience from previous HomeAwe volunteer participation to guide and support the group effectively.
✔ Facilitate communication and cooperation among the group members for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
✔ Act as a point of contact between the volunteers, HomeAwe and the program's host.
✔ Ensure the safety and well-being of the volunteers throughout the program.
✔ Document the experience by making videos and interviews with the volunteers.
✔ Confident, responsible and have the ability to make good decisions to manage the group.
✔ Be part of the team as a normal volunteer as everyone else.

3. Commission:
The Volunteer Leader shall be entitled to a certain amount of money beforehand for each signup, the amount of which is determined at the sole discretion of the Company's founder and CEO.

4. Conditions for Acceptance:
To be eligible for the Volunteer Leader position, you must:
✔ Be a previous HomeAwe volunteer in the same program you are leading.
✔ Demonstrate proficient English language communication skills.
✔ Possess effective leadership skills and a calm, chill demeanor.
✔ Filming and editing skills.
✔ Be above 24 years old.

5. Confidentiality:
Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to HomeAwe, its programs, hosts and projects.
