Painting on Walls - Community Experience

This program simply offers you the opportunity to travel to Switzerland, and work as a volunteer painting walls in the Alps to support art and artists.

This type of volunteering helps you to travel cheaply - you will be hosted by a hostel in the Alps Mountains in Switzerland, and they will provide accommodation and groceries to cook for yourself as an exchange of helping volunteering / painting walls in the hostel and around it. You will get to know volunteers / artists and digital nomads from all over the world, living and exploring the village from a different concept, not just as a tourist.

You can even join to learn how to paint walls or improve your skills.

This Program is on going, we did the first project in Switzerland in the mountains. We painted a whole hostel in 6 weeks.
More than 30 volunteers came through these weeks, we bonded together, brainstormed, painted and created a whole concept from scratch.
Stay Tuned! - another project coming soon.

About the Program:

Discover the beauty of Switzerland and unleash your creativity through an Art Workation, a unique and immersive art-making experience, wall painting, hiking in a beautiful nature and joining an amazing community.

Driven by the dream to re-imagine and transform the Coliving Adrenaline (hostel), a beautiful old fashioned building immersed in the mountains of Switzerland, into a collaborative piece of art, we have created a playground in the mountains: an opportunity to gather people together to collaborate on a large-scale project in a stunning location.

Our 6-week Art Workation Program wants to offer digital nomads and volunteers the opportunity to develop their artistic skills, explore new mediums and techniques, slow down by doing analog work, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals. Located in the beautiful and scenic Braunwald, only 1.5 hours away from Zurich by train, our program is designed for artists of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

This program is led by Piera Mattioli, a digital nomad and experienced artist and facilitator who will guide the transformation of the Coliving Adrenaline, together with other volunteers into a collaborative piece of art ;)
